So I just couldn’t resist anymore, I had to get out and have a proper go at the snow. Here are a trio of images from today’s walkabout. We came across a demolition site that was dealing with yet another failed factory. This door was open tempting the unawares inside.
We continued through Hinckley town towards St Marys Church. This is an old church and is photogenic any time of the year, but the snow creates a totally different feel to the place.
As we walked back home the sun just peeked through the thick clouds for a second highlighting these houses. Unfortunately it only lasted for about 90 seconds before disappearing again. A real shame because the light was beautiful.
The weather forecast is suggesting we may get some more snow overnight so here’s hoping!
Thanks for stopping by and having a look and please leave me your comments
cheers

A double thrill! The snow AND the light! Well, and adding a church yard – perfect for photography. These are lovely!
